The project folder structure is created when you create the project. Members, mail, extra folders and chat can be configured afterwards in Project settings.

Register account

A local app account is created first. You receive a one-time login code by email. After login you can connect Nextcloud, Dropbox, OneDrive/SharePoint and other providers from Settings.
